Almond powder 1/2 cup
Rice flour ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon
Oil for greasing
Gelatin 1 1/2 tablespoons
Castor sugar (caster sugar) 3/4 cup
Desiccated coconut 2 tablespoons
Almond essence a few drops

-: Method :-

Step 1 :- Grease jelly moulds with oil.
Step 2 :- Put rice flour in a non-stick pan, add almond powder, gelatin, castor sugar and desiccated coconut and mix well.
Step 3 :- Add two and a quarter cups boiling water and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook further till it thickens.
Step 4 :- Add almond essence, mix well and pour into greased jelly moulds. Keep the moulds in the refrigerator for thirty minutes to set.
Step 5 :- Remove the jelly from the moulds and serve.
